It was my first time diving this year in a new, used drysuit and it was a great time. The comet and bus was neat to climb through and the water temp. was not beatable for PA water !!
Thank you Mr. Bender for taking me since my dad is medically unable to, it was really fun dive

Leanna,
It was my pleasure. You are a very good diver, and I'd be happy to dive offshore with you. Since your dad is my usual dive buddy, and he's out of commission from the shoulder surgery, you are a natural replacement for him. Now all you need to do is remove the "Kristin" from the drysuit pocket (Sorry Joe, your wife's drysuit is no longer her's, its Leanna's).
For the official "trip" report, here is what Leanna and I did. This was her first time in her own drysuit, which she bought from the wife of one of her dad's dive buddies. This suit is in great shape, and it fits Leanna like a custom suit. We hit the platform for some skills and then a short stint down to the bus while air-sharing using my 7-foot hose. After coming back to the platform, we did a midwater swim to the wall for a short wall dive and safety stop. After a reasonable time out of the water, we hit the platform and went down to the comet for a quick tour. Again back to the wall to kill some time and have a relaxing safety stop. Too bad she had to go to work, or we'd have been in the h20 a little bit longer. We had two 30-minute dives, but any time in the water is better than none. I was really impressed at her trim and ability to dive so well in the drysuit. Not bad for a 17-year old. Looks like dad's dive skills have rubbed off! Its also very nice to go to Dutch on the weekdays, when its almost empty. The only divers we ran into while diving were Craig B and Bob M.
Here is a picture from Scott's cell phone camera.
